I received this as a gift when I first found out I was pregnant and have loved every single item! So when my cousin found out she was pregnant I had to send it to her as well. The magnesium lotion was a life saver for round ligament cramping and Charlie horses. I still use it to this day and will for sure be replacing it when it is empty!
I always use some type of drug to sleep at night whether it's tylenol pm or zquil or mucinex night or even an occasional xanax. I had my doubts that an oral spray would actually work let alone keep me a sleep all night. I used 8 sprays & I fell a sleep quickly & slept hard all night.
